The return postage cost is at the expense of the customer and cannot be refunded.

We aim to dispatch your mattress within 2 working days of receiving the order. We use a 48 hour courier service as standard. In the event of any delay a member of our team will be in touch to advise.

All mattresses are shipped vacuum rolled/packed. Your mattress will need time to recover and return to its correct size. It is therefore important to unroll your mattress when it arrives and leave for between 24 and 48 hours before use.
