Shipping Policy
In most cases all orders will be dispatched within 48hrs of receiving the order. In the event of any delay a member of our team will be in touch to advise.
On occasion, and in the event of the customer not being available to take receipt of the delivery, our specified courier partner may deem it acceptable to leave the item in a safe place or with a consenting neighbour providing suitable proof of delivery can be shown.
If your order is required for a certain date or trip it is advised that you always give us a call to ensure this is achievable and or to discuss other options.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to return it, we offer a full refund service providing the item is unused and in its original packaging. All refunds are processed within 2-3 days of the items return.
The return postage cost is at the expense of the customer and cannot be refunded.
In the event of a fault or damage in transit please contact us to discuss the best course of action.
